“The Pin Wheel House” was originally built & designed by Peter Blake in 1954; receiving its name for how the exterior window walls are separated perpendicular from the main structure of the house. Award-winning total renovation and extension of the house was designed by Fred Stelle of Stelle Architects and occurred in the late 1990’s. The Project featured Meranti-Mahogany Wood Tilt Turn Windows, Outswing French Doors, Operable Transoms, Stainless Steel Hardware, and High Performance Double Pane Insulating Glass.
