East 87th Street – New York, NY

This Brownstone Private Residence in New York City is a complete gut renovation, designed by Cetra Ruddy Architects and built by Metro Loft Management. Thermally Broken Steel Windows (Galvanized) and Doors were used to achieve narrow sightlines and enhance the street and rear yard view. The project features thermally broken outswing, inswing and fixed windows and doors, with 7/8″ simulated divided lite muntin grids. The frames were powdercoated in a custom color and the hardware finish was a dark oil rubbed bronze. All Windows and Doors were fitted with high performance double pane insulating glass.
