Project Information
Originally designed by Theobald Englehardt, the once roller skating rink and Palace Hall at 87-89 Grand St has now been converted into a four story 5,000 square foot red bricked wonder. The unique curved facade building will feature a retail storefront, two car garage, duplex apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors and an additional two apartments on the 4th floor. The industrial steel and red brick aesthetics provide the regularity that Williamsburg has come to be known for, however Morris Adjmi Architects have made this building stand out above the rest.
